"Tive problemas com o aquecimento de água na ultima noite. Hotel com cozinha muito bem posicionado entre a Disney e Knott Berry Farm, além de proximo ao supermercado. O hotel oferece café da manhã americano com itens simples que devem ser levados ao quarto.

"Very disappointing.
Despite the excellent location and the large room, the hotel is very dirty.
The hallway carpets are dirty.
The floors in the lobby and restaurant are grimy.
Our room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. I complained at the front desk and that improved slightly later on.
Breakfast is poor and very limited.
Overall, it was the worst DoubleTree I have ever stayed at. I do not recommend it to anyone."

"Hotel simples e funcional. A ventilação no banheiro é ruim, deixando o quarto quente após o banho. Não tem microondas no quarto, tem um na recepção para uso geral. Há trocas de toalhas e retirada do lixo diariamente (não chega a ser uma limpeza, é uma arrumação no banheiro). A limpeza é boa."
