The house has a waterfront property with a sun terrace and a jetty. The house is furnished like a comfortable detached house with all the trimmings, and the charming and cosily furnished holiday home is located in the Mücheln marina on the Geiseltalsee. There are two private car parking spaces on the property. The entrance is on the land side, next to the house is a boat garage. A boat (rowing or motor boat) can be rented in the immediate neighbourhood (approx. 200m). Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and a crane system are in the immediate vicinity.outdoor area and general equipment:There is a cosy underfloor heating throughout the house, for hot summers the underfloor heating can also cool, there are also cooling ceilings upstairs. WLAN is free of charge throughout the house, insect screens (or door) on 1 window per room, shutters on almost all windows, children's high chair (free of charge), baby cot (free of charge), lake terrace and jetty with a bathing ladder. The lakeside terrace is partly covered with glass. There are 2 parking spaces on the property (free of charge).the Marina Mücheln with the Seehaus Arielle is only about 1 km from the town centre of Mücheln, here you can buy everything for your daily needs, in only 12 km distance you are in the wine and sparkling wine centre Freyburg with the picturesque vineyards, ostrich farms, wineries and of course the historic sparkling wine cellar Rotkäppchen.to Naumburg and to Merseburg you drive 22 minutes each, here you will find everything a larger city has to offer. There are many leisure activities in the surrounding area, the large and popular Belantis amusement park is 35 minutes away by car on the A 38 motorway in the direction of Göttingen. Leipzig with all the amenities of a large city can also be reached in just 40 minutes by car, as can Halle an der Saale in 20 minutes. You are on holiday in nature between water and mountains and yet very close to the city of Leipzig/Halle/Naumburg and Freyburg with all its amenities, great shopping facilities, cultural highlights, special restaurants, ostrich taverns, vineyards, - simply a lovely area with nice and cheerful people.the Marina Mücheln is a leisure magnet and sporting meeting point in the region. The marina creates a pure holiday atmosphere, the visitor drives down the access road to the Geiseltalsee, sees the large lake and is immediately immersed in a world of new impressions with maritime flair. 18.4 km² in size, the Geiseltalsee is the largest artificial lake in Germany. Three observation towers around the lake, each 14 metres high, provide an overview of the dimensions of the Geiseltalsee. The lake is a maximum of 87 metres deep and has good bathing water quality.
