Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £20.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

If any personal items are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible.

A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.

All arrangements and charges will be handled through the booking platform in accordance with platform policy.

For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.

Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

Guests have exclusive access to the private room and ensuite bathroom throughout their stay.

Other Things to Note
As this listing is situated on the first floor at the front of the building, directly above a bar and overlooking a central road, guests may experience some street and venue noise, particularly during evenings and weekends. If you are a light sleeper or prefer a quieter environment, you may wish to consider one of our other suite rooms where available.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• No smoking or vaping indoors

• No parties or events

• Pets are not allowed

• Unauthorised parties, events, or additional guests will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges may apply

• Please respect neighbouring guests and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours
