"The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Decaf and ordinary coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied and refreshed each day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty.
Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world!
Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"Given wrong room number on check-in but key cards for the room we were supposed to be in.
At dinner, provided with out of date menu so meals ordered were not available and had to select something else. One staff member advised cocktails available but they didn't know how to make them. Other staff member advised cocktails not available. Ordered dessert (the first people in the dining room at dinner to do so) and after 45 minutes were advised that what we had selected had "run out" and was...

"This is the third time I've stayed here and honestly every time it gets worse.
The hotel is beautiful and the location convinient. But thats all.... I came down for breakfast at 9am (breakfast is surved until 10am) and there was barely anything left, no joices, no milk couple of slices of bread,no tea bags. And there was a table reserved for 20 people so they knew that they had a lot of people coming for breakfast still. I was sat down for 30 minutes at no point did they bring anything new...
