"Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."

"We have stayed a few times but before the hotel was closed for a few months we always enjoyed it here. We got into the room and the TV wasn’t working properly, staff did come to try fix it then the maintenance man. He couldn’t fix it so said he would speak to reception and ask for us to be moved, we waited an hour then went to reception the message had not been passed on. "We stayed for one night at The Hotel at Mill Farm and it didn’t disappoint. A lovely modern, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was excellent, food was cooked well and very tasty. We would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area. "

"Huge comfortable bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with separate bath plus a walk in shower. We booked the spa, dinner, bed & breakfast break - the spa was nice but the water in the outdoor pools was too cold."

"The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. "Lots of onsite parking and hotel adjacent to the pub. Very pleasant staff all round and good selection of beers. Food was good quality and very hot. Breakfast was great and a wide selection to choose from. Our room was ground floor as requested and was nice and warm. Very large bed and whole room and bathroom was excellent. Great value for money and will definitely be back on our next trip to Wigan."

"Everything about our stay in Blackpool was stellar. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and fantastic, and the food was excellent.
