"O quarto estava impecável! A recepção de boas-vindas foi demais (vinho e café de cápsula, com biscoitos - conquista qualquer taurino). Uma pena o GPS estar errado e eu ter errado o local do hotel em 70km, o que atrasou minha chegada e para aproveitar a estadia, notadamente porque no dia seguinte, cedo, estava saindo para fazer safári. O hotel é bonito, o quarto bem cuidado e limpo, com uma vista deslumbrante (isso que estava chovendo). Adorei e voltarei a me hospedar (inclusive já indiquei o hotel para um casal de amigos)."

"I thought it would be better to move to the Radisson on New Year’s Eve. Wow, what a total mistake! Slow, confusing, and disorganized service. When I arrived, I was offered either a New Year’s Eve dinner or a reservation at the hotel restaurant. I chose the restaurant and asked them to book a safari for the next day, but I needed information because I would be leaving the hotel at 11 a.m. After two hours past my reservation time, I still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get information. Meanwhile, they told me the reservation didn’t exist and kept asking, “But for how many people? All day? Who booked it for you? We don’t have that here.” Remember the hotel I booked for the dinner? The plan was for them to pick me up at 8 p.m. No one showed up. I went to one of the hotel restaurants to ask if it was there,they said no. I went to reception, and no one knew anything. Finally, someone took me to my reservation and, guess what, it was the very same restaurant I had asked at the beginning. At that restaurant, I had to look for a table myself, get up to grab a menu, walk to the bar to order food, get up to ask if it would take long, and get up again to ask for the bill. Checkout day bonus. They hadn’t booked my game drive. It took 1 hour for them to find me a new one. So I waited in the lobby from the agreed time (5 a.m.) until 6 a.m. And finally, at checkout, I informed them that there had been an accident and I broke a glass, and they charged me 200 rand."

"O hotel mais sensacional que já estivemos. Atendimento e equipe nos fazem sentir em casa. Ter a chance de ver os animais tão de perto é magnífico. Ester e equipe pensam nos detalhes. Ao sair para o Safari logo cedo, mandam café da manhã. Tem geladeira no hotel para pegarmos bebidas por um valor justo e a janta com todos é uma experiência incrível para conhecer outras pessoas. Recomendo 1000 vezes."
