"Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur top!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Das geräumige Bungalow war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Küche hatte ebenfalls alles für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden! Wir hatten nur Abendessen im Hotel. Die Auswahl war riesig und an jedem Wochentag gab es ein anderes Motto, z.B. Kanarische Küche oder arabische Küche. Die Anlage war extrem gepflegt und es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Kinderanimation war hervorragend, die Kinder haben es geliebt. Kommen gerne wieder."

"O hotel é bem grande e atende famílias com crianças, por isso mesmo os ambientes e eventos são montados também para atender o público infantil. Excelente localização, acomodação perfeita e funcionários sempre gentis e com um sorriso no rosto. Colado com uma praia excelente, calma e super limpa. Gostamos MUITO e voltaríamos com certeza e com os nossos netos. "

"Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good."

"The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level "
