  • Esse aconchegante apartamento à beira-mar, com uma vista parcial para o mar, fica no centro da animada vila de Moville, no condado de Donegal, e fica a dois minutos a pé do mar, de lojas, bares e vários restaurantes e cafés. A entrada para a praia fica entre as lojas em frente ao apartamento. Estacione seu carro e esqueça dele. Tem várias trilhas rurais por perto. Muitos dos nossos clientes recentes vieram dos EUA. Há um ônibus (John Mcginley – linha 933) que sai do Aeroporto de Dublin (Coach Park – Zona 16) ou da cidade de Dublin (Parnell Sq) com destino a Moville, e o ponto de desembarque fica a poucos metrôs do apartamento (parada da árvore grande). Parte do Aeroporto de Dublin às 9h45 e chega em frente ao apartamento às 15h. Várias linhas de ônibus para Derry, Letterkenny e outros destinos.

    A sala de estar foi projetada para oferecer conforto. A TV tem canais do Freeview do Reino Unido. Tem Wi-Fi super rápido e Netflix. O apartamento fica no 1º andar — só um lance de escadas.

    São dois quartos: um com cama king size e outro com beliches. Um berço de viagem e uma cadeirinha de bebê estão à disposição. Um banheiro com chuveiro bem espaçoso. Os quartos têm cortinas blackout.

    A cozinha à beira-mar, recém-reformada, conta com lava-louças, máquina de lavar e geladeira com freezer. Tem bastante espaço para estacionar na rua, sem restrições. Para ver o padrão das nossas propriedades, dá uma olhada no “Fort” no VRBO 854298.

    O aeroporto de Derry fica a 35 minutos de carro e a cidade de Derry, a cerca de 30 minutos. Moville tem uma localização ideal para explorar as várias praias da península de Inishowen. Um belo cenário rural com todas as comodidades.

Relaxing stay in Donegal

Lovely flat in a nice town with fabulous seaside walk. Lots of beautiful scenery in area and places to eat. Going to Derry also very doable too from here.

Have just concluded an extended stay (1 month) in this high quality apartment & have absolutely no issue recommending it to anyone planning a visit to the area. Communication with Elaine was first class throughout & will definitely consider a return visit in the near future.

We stayed for a month, and felt right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed, house was clean, quiet location, and felt safe in the city. We were able to use the buses to get every place we wanted to see.

A gem on the Inishowen penninsula

We so very much appreciated this lovely apartment in Moville—sparkling clean, very well and thoughtfully appointed and the most responsive of hosts! We had a 12 day stay without a car and it was easy—everything is within walking distance and the bus stop (to places like Derry, Greencastle, and Letterkenny) is steps away. Most of all, we appreciated the spectacular shore path, again, just steps away from this gem of a place to stay in Moville.

Lovely apartment in square of Moville. Walk everywhere you need to go. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery. Well-equipped kitchen. Good linens and towels. Excellent communication with owner. This unit is on the second floor above library and requires getting your luggage up two flights of stairs. Plenty of free parking in square, but be aware of Tuesday market day, which may require moving your car. Make sure to visit gorgeous Kinegoe Bay nearby, site of discovery of shipwrecked Spanish Armada La Trinidad Valencera, discovered by local diving club nearly 400 years after sinking during a storm.

Location, location, location!

I can’t say it enough! The location to this lovely apartment has it all! Nearby eateries and coffee nooks, pubs and the waterfront! Oh! And the but to anywhere is right outside the door! Scenic walkways, churches, gardens all within walking distance! It was perfect for my husband and I!

We had a wonderful stay in the cosy seaside apartment in Moville! The location is excellent, right in the center of this charming town. Moville’s shore path is a lovely, gorgeous walk along the lake, we walked it most days. There are local buses to take to Derry or other nearby towns, easy to use the app to check timetables and buy tickets (TFI Go app). The apartment was well equipped for a great stay, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you wish. The bed and couch were fine, comfort-wise. There are shops and restaurants right outside the door. The WiFi was excellent. We stayed for a month and were very happy and comfortable! I would be happy to stay there again!

Excellent property

The property was exactly as described, right in the heart of Market Square in Moville. There are several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and picturesque Lough Foyle is just a block or so away. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you could need for a short stay, including kitchen utensils and appliances, and the lighting is bright and well-positioned. The wireless internet is fast and reliable. There are beds for four people (one double and two singles, one of which is a bunk bed), plus a comfortable sofa that could sleep one more. There are also many thoughtful touches like extra bathroom supplies in the closet, cleaning supplies under the sink, and plenty of plates and glasses. In adddition to the local shops, there are vendors for fresh vegetables and for fish who set up once a week just outside in the square. There's also a store selling organic vegetables about a block away from the apartment (near the post office). If you don't have a car there is a local taxi for getting around, but be aware the driver only takes cash. (A Bank of Ireland with a 24hr ATM is just across the street.) There are local buses to Letterkenny in Donegal and to a few more distant destinations that stop just across the square at the coffee shop. The apartment is on the 1st floor (that's the floor above the ground floor) and the stairs in the building are fairly steep and narrow, so this property wouldn't be appropriate for those with mobility difficulties. Other than that, it would be great for any couple or family. The fishing village of Greencastle is 5km to the north, with a ferry to Northern Ireland in the summer. The border is about 20km away to the south and the nearest major city is Derry, 30km south in N.I. (UK). Note that you will need UK pounds, not euros to shop in Northern Ireland. If you're travelling in the north to Donegal, Derry or the Inishowen peninsula, this is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

We spent 4 nights in this property in the heart of Moville. It is a wonderful location to explore North East Donegal. Apartment is perfect size, light , bright and airy. Lots of dining options and a lovely shore walk from Moville to Greencastle on the doorstep.

3 night Moville break

This is a lovely apartment, with every detail thought of. The kitchen was very well-appointed. It even has a small dishwasher, perfect for the one night we cooked. Nice touches to provide some kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc. Also, great broadband and TV (including Netflix). The area is also a very good place to be. From the apartment you can walk to most everything. Great scenery on the drives out of town, too.

Lovelly Apartment in a Vibrant Little Town

We absolutely loved our stay in Moville. The apartment overlooks a busy little village square with quite a few coffee shops and takeaway places. It was not noisy thought, just a pleasant hustle and bustle. The apartment itself is fabulous, with lovely furnishings and all bits and bobs that you might need. You can really tell that the owner, Elaine, has thought of absolutely everything! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. There were many touches around the apartment that I was very impressed with. One of the best stays I've experienced.

Five star service and more!

Elaine the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was quite literally a home away from home. The beautiful decor and attention to detail made our stay faultless. The accommodation was spotless and all mod cons catered for ( even some we hadn’t even thought of!). The location is perfect and I cannot rate our stay highly enough! I would like to thank Elaine for making our trip so wonderful and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property if visiting Moville.

Well presented property in the centre of town

This is a lovely apartment situated in the center of town making it convenient for all the local bars, cafes and supermarkets. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the sea where we enjoyed a stroll along the shore front path. There is ample free roadside parking outside the property. The secluded beach at Kinnagoe Bay is a short drive away and well worth a visit. Also worth visiting is the Famine Village on The Isle of Doagh and the Glenevin Waterfall in Clonmany.
