"Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff polite & helpful. Only problem was could hear the next room occupants dragging their balcony chair early morning, well think that was it as the noise sounded like it. But overall an exquisite hotel & would stay there if I was going back to Chania. "

"We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool.
