"Normally I would rate excellent; I’ve stayed twice, both times with private jacuzzi tub in room and they’ve been great stays with very clean and last night was different, the bathroom floor had spots under the door and the toilet wasn’t clean; the bed sheets were wrinkled like they’d been slept in on the one side, I was so tired and they only had the one private tub room. The attendant seemed like she had her hands full, then I checked into the room and then discovered the wrinkled sheets and...

"Love this place! Great ambience on far edge of town, nestled in pines. Pet-amenable, with large adjacent wooded lot for great dog walks. Quiet, but with basics (gas, dining, groc) nearby without having to drive to town. Clean but basic rooms. A little “light” on amenities (No ice machine, very basic breakfast). But, I’m into basic and like not paying for bling I’ll never use. "

"There was no staff at this hotel. It was run by a property management company that let you in remotely. You had to call a number and send texts to reach anyone. And it appears part of the hotel is rented out as long-term rentals. The room had been remodeled, the fixtures were new, but the cleanliness was lacking severely."

"The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. "

"Room I reserved was not on record, and none was available. Bathroom/shower so small , lucky to walk in , forget about wheelchair or walker. Bed so high , had to use step stool to get wife in bed. Never use you again."
