The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!

If youā€™re bringing family on a fishing trip in Cotter, this place is perfect. Just down the road from The Sands(restaurant) and Cotter Trout Dock. Pretty much the only two places we needed to go to while fishing( Other than Natural State Fly Shop). Not only was the location great, but was very clean, housed 5 of us very comfortably, and the view was outstanding! PLUS our kids found the board games and spent the evenings playing them instead of being on their devices. Which was great in and of itself. My wife and daughter really appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel as well. Will continue to stay here on our annual trout trip.

Cotter Retreat

The home was very clean, well kept and maintained, comfortable, accommodating, and there are fantastic views of the White River and mountains. This property is very well located in Cotter and conveniently located for any hiking or fishing you would like to enjoy. The best part is the view from the back patio. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two! The host is extremely accommodating, and she is easy to work with. We will be coming back very soon to enjoy more of what Cotter has to offer!

Family Thanksgiving

The property was very clean and great meeting place for a family Thanksgiving week. Karen was excellent to work with- quick to respond to questions and helpful to troubleshoot the WiFi issues. We would recommend the property and would definitely use again. Plenty of supplies and appliances throughout the house. The view was nice and would be perfect in the Fall. Our family really enjoyed the open space for playing games, eating and celebrating the holiday.
