"12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. Luckily for us we had a very kind gentlemen help us at check-in and worked with the owners management to arrange for us to stay in the same...

"Everything described and more. The penthouse suite was larger than we thought and the location couldn't have been any closer to the lifts. It was nice to go back into the suite to warm up on a couple of days instead of going to the crowded lodges on the mountain. The private hot tubs on the rooftop were great also, not crowded as they're only for owner occupied units so it was just our family. Jesse was very timely on communication, would definitely rent another property from him again."
