"Affordable! Centrally located close to downtown area. 3 minutes away from Starbucks, Walmart and lots of restaurants. Very welcoming Staff. Samir, gentleman at front desk was very knowledgable about the town, and provided information about recreational places. Highly recommend it!"

"The property was a little older but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaking AC unit that was causing a mess in the bathroom. They were unable to move us to another room since the hotel was at full capacity. The staff did supply us with additional towels to keep the water leak under control. The AC unit was taking long to cycle causing higher temperatures in the room while sleeping. The breakfast choices were adequate and the area was kept very clean."

"The worst room I’ve ever almost stayed in. After entering room, me and my son promptly left. There were blood stains on the sheets, holes in the walls, flies everywhere and the list goes on. It looked like something out of a horror movie. It was filthy and to say it was not maintained would be an understatement."

"The room was full of ants. The TV wasn't working the counter was dusty. The last day we were here the pool got closed for cleaning they told us we could come back to swim at 3 and then when we came back they said it was gonna be closed for the remainder of the day and we found out later an employee and her family was swimming in the pool the next morning the pool is still closed."

"This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! "

"Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling."

"This was a great place to stop on our way through Texas. The Magnolia suite had everything we needed and was decorated in a lovely manner. Our host was very friendly and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants- the little downtown area is very charming. Highly recommend!"
