"3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property."

"We had a group of seven guys for a golf outing that stayed in this house. We absolutely loved this place. First, the house was immaculate and in great shape. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless. We could not have been happier and enthusiastically recommend this house."

"We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!"

"We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"Upon entry to the house the first time, the house was very well kept. The owner has thought about what renters may need or may have forgotten at their house. The owner answered questions in a timely manor and was very helpful with any question. All in all it was a very nice place to stay for our visit with family in the area. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay."
