"The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

"Fantastic location and value! Within walking distance from downtown and OSU campus (right between), just on the edge of Victorian Village and practically across the street from Goodall park! Very clean. A little noisy at night however from busy street. "

"The home was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Clean spaces, wonderful kitchen and dining area. We had a lot of space to gather and share time on the first floor. On the upper levels the bedrooms are a good size, clean, and well equipped. We appreciated that towels were left for every bed as well as in the bathrooms.
