"Rooms were very dusty. Chair in Room had a big hole in it not usable. The place looks very run down. Dirty carpets. Bathroom. Toilet dirty. Bedding had stains. Kitchen filthy could t bring ourselves to eat the breakfast or ha e coffee there. The woman inn keeper looked. Felt sorry for her. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place."

"Motel is fine for a 1 or 2 star motel. It is clean and has good comfortable beds. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Barely can fit two people. Otherwise it is fine. Again you need to know that this is super basic motel and the rating is based on that. Don’t expect a nice accommodation when renting it. Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt stay there for longer. It has AC but it is a bit loud and blows right at the bed. Need to cover it with a towel if you don’t want to get cold air blown...

"This b&b was so charming. The room was very well kept and had a private bathroom and we especially loved the decor of the living areas. It was well thought out and visually pleasing and calming. "My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!"

"This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right."
