The property features a total of 3.5 bathrooms: a half bathroom located in the basement, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor, and two full bathrooms on the second floor—one with a tub and the other with a shower.

The final room on the second floor is a kids' playroom, complete with arcade games, life-sized Jenga and Connect-4, and a cozy built-in bed under the stairs with a memory foam mattress. The fun continues on the top floor, where the "Green Monster" begins—a thrilling 14-foot indoor spiral slide that winds down from the 3rd floor to the playroom on the 2nd floor.

Enter the basement through the hidden door if you can find it. Behind this door is a Prohibition-era bar room complete with a pool table, stocked custom bar w/sink, Smart TV, half bathroom and a Bluetooth Phonograph.

☆☆OUTDOOR☆☆
Step outside to discover an inviting space for relaxation, equipped with plenty of seating and a propane Weber BBQ grill—perfect for hosting unforgettable cookouts. The backyard serves as a peaceful retreat, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, complete with a cozy fire pit and an 8-person hot tub for your enjoyment.

✔Houses are 30 yards door to door.
✔Both houses, interior and exterior are private for guests only.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.

✔Absolutely no setting off fireworks. Although you can buy them, it is illegal to light them.

✔You can walk into town in a few minutes and go to a convenience store or stop by one of the many restaurants in the area.

✔Uber is also available in the area.

✔$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

✔Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table.

✔Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Dogs only.

✔Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔No Smoking of any kind, including Vaping

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

Perfect stay in Mt Poconos

Our crew of 16 rented the King & Queen of the Poconos for a winter break getaway, due to its close proximity to the Camelback resort. The main house was spacious, clean and came stocked with most of the basic necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs and the speakeasy in the basement of the green monster. Both providing hours of entertainment for all ages. We would definitely rent this property again if any of our future plans bring us to Mt. Pocono.
