Welcome to Live Oak Drive in the heart of Old Mt. Pleasant. This Airbnb is just steps away from all the Mt. Pleasant favorites. It is next to Paige's Okra Grille, a few blocks from NICO Oysters & Seafood, Tavern and Table, Red's Ice House and Shelter Kitchen & Bar. These are just a few of the favorites. The adjacent Moultrie Plaza Shopping Center is anchored by Bottles Beverage Super Store and popular Senor Tequila Mexican Restaurant.

Just a stones throw away is the public Shem Creek Boardwalk with front row views to busy Shem Creek! From the boardwalk you can check out the historic shrimp boat scene and usually can spot some local wildlife. The scenery of Shem Creek and the boat traffic is always entertaining. This location is truly amazing.

The house itself is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast. There is plenty of counter and cabinet space and nice new stainless appliances.

Relax in the main living room with a sectional sofa, arm chair, and large TV. There is also a sun room with a sofa and another mounted TV! Two living spaces is a plus! Adjacent to the sun room is a full laundry room with a folding table!

The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and room darkening shades. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a "Jack and Jill" full bathroom with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. All the linens and bedding are supplied so you can travel with ease!

- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Outstanding property

We loved the cozy feel of the home and comfortable beds! Shem creek was adorable. We were traveling with our 26 year old son and his wife and they loved all the venues at Shem creek, well they were out past midnight and made a whole lot of new friends down at the roof top bar Reds! Absolute blast! Thank you for the opportunity, we had an amazing time.

Remodeled home

This property is nicely remodeled and conveniently located. Easy access to freeways to get to downtown or Daniel Island. The host is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this home for its convenience and comfort.

Great House for the weekend!

We enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend trip to Charleston. The house was perfect for what we needed and we were able to walk to dinner both nights to Shem creek area!! The house is everything that it says online! Very pleased with this house pick!

Location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Ate at the many restaurants close by and enjoyed walking our dogs on the Shem creek boardwalk. Was less than 15 minutes from downtown to visit our college student. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Great place

We loved are stay we are down all the time. This was a top place great location. Able to walk to several of our favorite spots in the area. Highly recommend. Got the say the master bed was actually super comfortable, we will be back.
