"This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. "The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...

"While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."
