"We absolutely loved this charming property! It was a fantastic location, close to all the historical sites we came to see and 5 min walk from the riverwalk and few tasty restaurants. I stayed here with my wife, son and my parents. My parents talked about how much they loved it every single day."

"The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River."

"It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly."

"If you're looking for a ghetto-hood type stay you're in the right place. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous. 4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front...
