"If you're looking for a ghetto-hood type stay you're in the right place. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous. 4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front...

"The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River."

"This rental was exceptionally perfect. Location was walkable to Broad and Walnut area, easy parking, and not having to deal with the Center City traffic coming and going was ideal. Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!"

"The property was located in a good spot for our needs as I had family living nearby. This property really had the bare minimum of amenities."

"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....
