This beautiful, log sided condo has five levels with two fireplaces, two

lakeview decks, a two car garage, four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The

fully equipped kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances, including a

side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer, two-oven range,

dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor. There are two dining areas with

seating for six in the formal area and seating for four in the area off the

living room. The living room has a sofa and love seat in front of the cozy

fireplace and additional seating in two leather recliners. The big screen TV

has surround sound! This level also has a wrap around lakeview deck with

charcoal grill and seating for 5 outside. There is a laundry and half bath

just down the hall.



One level up from the living area are two guest bedrooms, each with two queen

beds, flat screen tvs and easy access to the full bath on that level. Up one

more level is a sleeping loft with your choice of one king and one twin or

three twins. Due to the open area with high rail, we do not recommend that

small children be left unattended in the open design loft.



The bottom level contains the spacious and elegant master bedroom suite. The

suite includes an intimate seating area with desk and library area and flat

screen TV, a native stone fireplace and luxurious king bed. The private master

deck overlooks the lake to the north and the pool and spa are right across the

way.



The master bath is truly luxurious with a spacious walk in closet, dressing

area with vanity, private water closet, big Jacuzzi tub with hand held sprayer

and double shower with raindrop shower head and hand held shower.



There is even room for two cars in the convenient two car garage with an

additional refrigerator for larger families!



Beautifully located on the shore of Lake Ouachita and within walking distance

of the East Cove pool and Turtle Cove Spa, this unique and dramatic condo will

welcome and delight your family and friends.



This unit has internet and is pet friendly (pets are an additional $17.50 per

night).



Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there is iron and ironing board in the

laundry room.



Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we

find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00.



PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent

behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all

times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any

excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or

on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets

barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another

guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.



Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing.



Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or

entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the

fenced area and do not leave unattended.
