"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."

"Very awesome hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable and in a very good and quiet location. Very close to the beach. We also had our room serviced once because we stayed a week, we weren't expecting that. I think it a good thing that this hotel is adults only. It keeps everything more quiet and romantic. The wifi and amenities were good. The japanese sliding doors give a nice look on the apartment. The massage bathtub is great! They also helped us book the shuttle buses and our tour to the Daintree...

Bay Villas is located really close to the main shopping/eats street - great cheap shuttle service pick-up/drop off at your leisure. The staff at Bay Villas were SO friendly & helpful-incl. ongoing communication prior to our arrival, suggestions/arrangements for activities whilst visiting, and easy a/h checkin - which all made our holiday easy, seamless & stress free. "The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable."

"The property has had a makeover with a beautiful paint exterior and internal. There is a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance which was very convenient for coffee and breakfast. The pool was small but very nice with a little waterfall and sloping entry which was nice to lay on. The hosts Robert and Lyn were super friendly and very organised. "
