Hardwood floors, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, water purification system and renovated baths. Home offers WiFi and two televisions with streaming capability and some access to channels. Lower level has an additional sleeping alcove, office and 3/4 bath plus a family room with its own entrance. An oversized and private outdoor shower. Washer and Dryer included. Fantastic choice for 2 groups with separate entrances! For recreation enjoy 2 canoes and a kayak plus a corn hole game. There is also a swim platform. The newly refurbished State’s Landing Park is a 5 minute walk with a large sandy beach and a new boat launch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Fireplace in house is off limits and can not be used.
AC Units: The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have a Minisplit. There is one large Minisplit for the family room/dining area/kitchen. There are no AC’s in the 2 main floor bedrooms, but there are transfer fans that move air from the family room to the bedrooms. There is one window unit in the lower level.
