Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² single-storey house with swimming pool to rent in Mougins. It sleeps up to 6 people.

It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and wood burner (wood supplied at extra cost)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 12x5m², equipped with a roller shutter and open from June to September. It is surrounded by a 126 m² terrace.
- A 2,000 m² enclosed south-facing garden
- A 24 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The house is ideally located in Mougins, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
- We strongly advise you to bring your own car to make the most of your stay.
