This approximately 150 m² villa is spread over three levels, offering all the charm of traditional Provençal homes. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The spacious living and dining area is warm and inviting, while the fully equipped open-plan kitchen enhances the convivial atmosphere. A separate TV lounge is perfect for relaxing moments.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms arranged across the different levels, each featuring its own private bathroom or shower room to ensure everyone’s privacy.
Master Bedroom (Upper floor): 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower (separate WC).
Bedroom 2 (Garden level): 150 cm double bed, en-suite shower room with WC, direct access to the garden and pool.
Bedroom 3 (Garden level): 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room with WC, direct access to the garden and pool.

This layout provides excellent comfort, with a full bathroom for each bedroom, making it ideal for couples or groups of friends travelling together.

The property sits on a 1,000 m² plot. You can fully enjoy your private swimming pool (9 x 4 m), which can be heated on request at an additional cost. Parking is available for one vehicle within the grounds of the villa.
