"We loved our time at Casa Afrodite! The location is up in the mountains, which means you have the most spectacular views over the valley. It's a quick drive down to Almuñécar and it's easy to get taxis to and from the city. The house itself was very large and spacious with many wonderful outdoor areas to relax in. "Great villa with everything you need, pool amazing, beds a little soft than I prefer but personal preference. It is a convenient location although only 1 small issue being that you have to use an unmade road with steep hill and tight turns to get to it... Once there, no problem but would be more tricky with a larger car.. A car is essential as advertised… Would recommend.."

"This property is beautiful and perfectly designed to accommodate three families. However there is a problem with the hot water system. Master bedroom has no shower available because of the water pressure so had to use another bathroom. Getting hot water was haphazard Everywhere in the property."

The supermarket is just at the bottom of the hill. Communication with the host was excellent putting us at ease should we need anything."

"The communal pool which was opposite the villa had showers and toilts, the pool was huge with comfortable beds around it. Quite a few tiles had come away on the bottom of the pool in rhe shallow end, but apart from that it was a great addition to the holiday. 5 mins drive to the centre of town with 3 good sized public car parks. The villa itself was very cool and comfortable."

"The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures.
