"Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. "the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment...

"Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darüber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Apartment war sehr geräumig, jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken. Pool war groß genug zum Abkühlen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes Gelände mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm. Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein...

"We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room.
