"Comfortable for 6 people. Handled 3 parked cars. So fun to be walkable to go to Breezy Point coffee shop and to see Elvis. Beautiful lake views. Nice fire pit. (Only slight negative was that third bedroom offered no privacy)."

"This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the...

We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year. "Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! Property manager was quick with responses and check in was super easy! We would definitely stay here again!"
