"We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay! "

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. "Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! "

"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
