"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The place is charming and an experience in itself. It is an old house, but the rooms are in a perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great for exploring the area to the west of London, including Salisbury, Bath and Bristol in a car. "

"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. "Didnt have a breakfast at hotel. Car park very large making parking easy. A lovely clean room and all staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The lady who checked me in was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Amenities were very good, and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, my pillow was too soft, but that is a personal observation and choice. Overall an excellent choice!!"
