"This place worked out great for me, my husband, and grandparents. We were hiking Pulpit Rock and the bus company we'd booked picked up right in front of Scandic City so we only had a 2 min walk, which was perfect. It was also very close to lots of great restaurants and a short walk to the city center. The bedroom downstairs also had a decent sized bed; I find that in Europe a double bed is sometimes a full size and this one was definitely a queen or bigger! Also, the host was super helpful and...

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang über dem Fjord in einer kleinen Siedlung. Zum Bootsliegeplatz sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ortschaft Fister ist ca 2 km entfernt, dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Schlüsselübergabe usw. alles unproblematisch. Bei der selbst mitzubringenden Bettwäsche sollte man wissen, dass in zwei Schlafzimmern Doppelmatratzen liegen und man deshalb breite Laken benötigt. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sofort abgebrochen und mussten uns ein Hotel suchen. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung sind stark geschönt und entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität. Es stinkt überall, die Möbel sind durchgesessen, die Kissen sind gelb verfärbt und die Bettdecken sind fleckig. Von außen blättert die Farbe großflächig ab. Die Umgebung erinnert eher an einen Industriehafen als an ein Urlaubsparadies. Direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft die Autobahn, die dann seitlich über eine große Brücke...

"Zeer sfeervol oud huis, vlakbij het centrum van Stavanger. Huis is goed ingericht met veel serviesgoed, pannen enzovoort. Leuke restaurants en bars bijna om de hoek. Vriendelijke host met wie de communicatie prettig verliep. "

"Well equiped house. A magnificent view from living room and spacious veranda on the lysefjorden. Comfortable furniture inside and also outside on veranda. Fire place inside and out, bbq, etc. Everything to make yourself and family/ friends comfortable and cosy. House is also nicely decorated, so you feel like you step in to someone' s house rather then a sterile rental place. The bedrooms upstairs are sufficient and have good beds. Overall: Great place to stay, value for money."
