Great restaurant, try the lamb under the bell. Nice dining patio overlooking looking the criva Cuprija bridgand old town. No lift, some rooms on fourth floor.

The Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija is something really unusual. Remember that Mostar is a crush, more crushed than canned sardines, pretty awful really. But in the middle of this world of squeeze, there is this jewel of a hotel. The hotel is perched in the best roost downtown, right by the bridge. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and proactive. Our room was splendid and pragmatically designed albeit that the monster TV was difficult to figure out, but it could be that we are seniors. Fast wifi, yes. Top tier bathroom, yes. The dinner was in a cosy dining room and the food was enjoyable; we really struggle with heavy, meaty Balkan food so “enjoyable” is an accolade. The hotel? Absolute top spot!

The property is in a great location in old town. However, unless you get a top floor room, I would not recommend it. They put me in a room that's in the hallway and I could hear everyone coming and going starting at 6am. The hot water also went out because someone blew an electrical fuse. I get that it is out of the hotel's control, but you could have slip a piece of paper under the door to inform me so I don't jump in a cold shower. The staff is friendly, but I will not stay here again.

We changed your room 3 times until you asked for a free upgrade to a Superior room, which of course we refused.Unfortunately sometimes it is impossible to make some guests happy and unfortunately you are one of them.Thank you for your visitWe wish you all the best in the future.

Incredible hotel and super kind staff. When you first get to the hotel, you can see it sits right above a channel where river is flowing. The hotel itself is actually a part of the old part of Mostar, and there are incredibly charming restaurants and bars sitting around the hotel, perched up on different levels, connected by bridges. It's hard to describe how beautiful this area is. The staff immediately welcomed us in and took care of our bags. They offered us some refreshments and a snack in the restaurant while they got our paperwork ready and sat with us and told us about the hotel and restaurant options. They escorted us to our room and made sure everything was as we needed. Really can't express how great this hotel was! I've been to 54 countries and to great of cute places, but Mostar is incredible. Definitely staying here again next time I'm back!

Wonderful hotel, wonderful professional staffs, nice breakfast, best location in the city of Mostar. Area to improves: wifi signal was very weak in my room. (They have two networks to connect, the main one which works when near the room balcony ) and another one named “ext 2” which was not functional at all. The front desk staff attempted to restart the modem with no improvement. Otherwise the hotel is great

Staff at this hotel were fantastic, really warm and friendly and made the stay worthwhile. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, only downside was the WiFi signal was pretty weak in that part of the hotel but not a huge problem for us. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice. The location of the hotel was central to the main part of the old town and only a short walk from the old bridge, the free parking that is advertised is street parking if you are lucky to grab one, otherwise the paid car park is only 2min walk and was easy to access, hotel staff were brilliant in changing euros to marks to use in the machine.

Everything was wonderful. Great location. It's like being in a fairy tale. Kind, knowledgeable staff with lots of recommendations on food and what to do in the area. The food was very good at their restaurant too. Eat or stay here or do both.

The Number One Quality of this Hotel that will bring us back is the FANTASTIC Staff!! Everyone here was super nice and accommodating. They were all GREAT Ambassadors for not only the hotel but for Bosnia-Hercegovina as well. This was our first trip to this region and we also visited Dubrovnik, Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Zagreb as well. We had rented a car and drove across Bosnia-Hercegovina and found the country to be extremely beautiful with outstanding food and also very accommodating. This hotel was in a very relaxing and serene setting surrounded by a very swift river that made this location almost dream-like. It is right next to the shopping Bazaar and there are many restaurants all around, but we chose to keep coming back to the restaurant at the hotel as it was the BEST! If there was a downside, it would be the walk to and from parking with several steps and a walking bridge across the river but again the hotel staff helped us back and forth with all of our luggage and even if they hadn't, a stay here was worth it. I would like to thank them all for a very enjoyable time for myself, my wife and our daughter.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Bosnia/Herzegovina. This country was originally super off my radar…that is, until we stayed here. I had emailed them asking if its possible to “check in late” because we had a blue cave tour in Split that would run late and it would take hours to drive over. They emailed right back and had no issue staying to wait for us. When we arrived, parking was a tad tricky because we didn’t know where to park and they sent one of their guys out to get the luggage for us all the way from down the street!!…if thats not 5 star service, I don’t know what is. They actually have parking inside a lot right next to the “bridge area” which is super safe and monitored. Check in was easy and fast~we were given a complimentary drink and dessert. The staff were wonderful and friendly~one of the main reasons why I fell in love with the country. Rooms are a tad older, but reasonable. Theres a quirkiness to the decor. However, shower water did spray out and flood the bathroom a bit because the design doesn’t include a back wall~but not a big deal. The hotel itself is located within 3 minutes walking distance of the big bridge (the main sight) and they are right next to the smaller bridge. You can dine on their patio and listen to the sounds of the waterfall. I recommend this place. Would not hesitate to return in the future~

This is a very charming hotel. The staff is wonderful, the location is perfect. There is a lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast, and dinner which is surrounded by fig trees and a quiet stream. It’s a short walk to the bridge and the bazaar is just out the door. The hotel rooms were nice and the Air conditioning felt amazing after a hot day in Mostar.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, toller Service. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Lage ist phantastisch. Zimmer sehr schön, gute Größe, schönes Bad. Hatten Abendessen vorbestellt, „Sasch“, Fisch und Lamb, toll. Preisniveau am oberen Limit, aber in Mostar zu erwarten.

We loved this hotel. It’s right in the middle of the city and is walking distance to all the shopping and famous bridge. The hotel felt very unique and historic in a cool way. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had dinner there as well and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend for an authentic Mostar experience

Cute hotel in the center of Mostar old town
Very cute hotel, located in the heart of old town Mostar (direct/own access to the old bazar). Staff was extraordinary, we normally don’t tip at hotels, but we did here due to their level of service. The room was comfortable and spacious. Note that the hotel is in the center with limited sound isolation. During our stay there was quite some noise due to summer parties until midnight. Restaurant terrace with direct view on the crooked bridge, lovely for a dinner date. The hotel has parking agreement with the government (we got a parking fine, the hotel took it to cancel the ticket for us)

Friendly staff and great facilities in a wonderful location at a very reasonable price. We also loved the craft beer place across the small scenic bridge, and the town of Mostar was vibrant even on a Monday evening. It was an excellent experience!

Un bon choix à Mostar
Accueil très chaleureux. Hôtel en plein centre du vieux Mostar, à moins de 100 mètres du pont. Chambre assez petite, simple mais correct. Manque un coin bureau et une chaise. Petit balconnet. Resto avec menu dédié, pas idéal si juste pour un petit en cas sur le pouce. Petit dej 12 euros correct mais sans plus. C'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais petite placette juste en face ou j'ai eu le droit à une sono et des tubes des années 80 jusqu'à 1H du mat !

Hands down, best place to stay in Mostar. The location is excellent, very authentic, beautiful surroundings and top notch staff. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming. The food is terrific. I ate here two nights in a row and had the trout. Excellent. Great to make the right decision on a hotel in a new destination. Location and staff are just perfect. Thank you.

Begin van check-in werden er drankjes aangeboden. Hartje Mostar. Het was een verschrikkelijke kamer. Ten eerste was het een rare kamer met een schuin plafond waardoor je moest uitkijken voor je hoofd. Geen wifi bereik in de kamer. Een lekkende airco, op een gegeven moment twee handdoeken eronder geplaatst. Badkamer was de kleinste ooit die ik heb gezien en het toliet leek alsof het tegen de deur was gemonteerd. Allerergste was dat er geen warmwater was om te douchen!!! De eerste persoon douchet met warm water tegen de tijd dat de tweede persoon moet douchen is er geen warmwater meer. Het matras van het hoofdbed was ingezakt en voelde schuin aan bij het slapen wat zeer oncomfortabel was.Ik zal het verschrikkelijke kraken maar achterwege laten. Het was een onverzorgde kamer. Voor het ontbijt werd er €15pp gevraagd wat ook de duurste prijs was tot nu toe. De parkeerplaats wat ook op de site staat is er eigenlijk niet, dit is een totale scam, want er kunnen alleen maar 2 kleine auto’s in. De mevrouw die zei ook heel nonchalant dat het een parkeerplaats is voor iemand met heel veel rijvaardigheid?!! Heb je een SUV nogmaals dan moet je buiten betaald parkeren regelen.

Nice hotel in the centre of mostar. The free parking is not that easily accessible, so you will likely spend €12 to park in the private car park next to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here in Mostar. I can’t say enough about the friendly staff who go Out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your trip to Mostar. Location-wise it was perfect-right in the heart of the old city. It was easy to find parking and everything was walkable. Room was clean and as advertised. Would highly recommend!!

Hermoso hotel en una increíble locación. El staff del hotel increíble, súper amable y bellísima atención. El desayuno muy bueno y muy completo: el hotel tiene todo. Es tal cual las fotos. Yo creo que es el mejor por la ubicación que tiene, sales directo al bazar, está en medio del centro. Totalmente recomendado y más que nada por el trato de la gente. Me encanto , volvería mil veces.

Upon arrival, it was not evident where to park; we had to drive around a little. Once I went to the reception, all the staff were super friendly. One of them accompanied me back into the streets, showed us where to park, and carried our luggage back to the hotel. Once in the hotel, they sat with us, provided complimentary juice and yogurt, and told us all about the hotel and surroundings. We were lucky and got a pretty big suite with a private balcony. The building is old, so the shower, hot water heater, etc., are a little old style, but the atmosphere is magical.

Our GPS didn't route us properly so it was park and find. When we did the front desk drove us to our car and we followed them back. Serivce was excellent . Pretty location.

Aunque fue una muy buena experiencia, definitivamente el hotel no es 4 estrellas. La atención fue impecable, el desayuno delicioso, la ubicación muy buena para conocer el casco antiguo y el puente. Pero el hotel necesita mejor mantenimiento. Las camas fueron incomodas y en general el hotel no cumple con el estandar 4 estrellas. Fuimos en octubre y los precios fueron muy accesibles, tanto de hospedaje, como de alimentos. La atención de los chicos de recepción y del restaurante fue excepcional.

It is very difficult ant easy to make all guests with the beds, some people like soft beds and others hard beds, but I think that this is still not the reason for your categorization and it would be nice if we asked you twice, once at dinner and the second time in the morning, if everything was okay in room and hotel , you told us drew attention to your objections, but you replied that everything is nice and perfect.
