Inside, the open-plan living area flows seamlessly and the main bedroom is a calm, elegant haven ideal for a restful night's sleep — with direct access to the terrace for those who love waking up to fresh air. A versatile study and home office with a dedicated desk and single bed completes the space, perfect for remote workers, creative types, or the occasional extra guest.

Free street parking is available nearby on white-lined spaces — just keep an eye out for any temporary restrictions, particularly during local festas or community events.



Guest Access:

The entire penthouse is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — the living area, main bedroom, bathroom, study, and of course the showstopping terrace with all its furnishings and the jacuzzi. Check-in is smooth and hassle-free via a secure self-check-in code, so you can arrive at your own pace and settle straight in.



The Neighborhood:

Mosta is one of Malta's most rewarding towns to explore, rich in history, culture, and everyday Maltese life. Its crown jewel is the magnificent Mosta Dome — one of the largest unsupported domes in all of Europe — which you can admire just moments from the front door. It's a safe, welcoming, and wonderfully walkable neighbourhood where everything you need is close at hand.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
