Welcome, travellers to our beautiful apartment nestled in the heart of the charming town of Mosta! Its central location makes exploring the island effortless, with convenient access to all major attractions!

The apartment is filled with natural light and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, inviting bedrooms, and a large terrace with stunning views of the town!

Strong WIFI & AC in all rooms included throughout the stay.

This charming apartment is located in the heart of Mosta, close to all essential amenities.

You'll find shops, a local market, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants, bars, and cafés just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for your daily needs.

The apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring you stay connected and comfortable at all times.

Living Spaces| The living room is a bright and inviting space, featuring a comfortable sofa and an armchair, perfect for relaxing or gathering with loved ones.

A smart TV is available for your entertainment, while the natural light flows in from the nearby entrance to the private terrace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The living room also includes a sofabed which can accommodate another additional guest. (linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave , an oven and hob. Making this property perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one featuring a double bed with an en-suite while the other bedroom includes 2 single beds.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, one being an ensuite and the other is accessible from the living area.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

NOTE: Within walking distance, our guests will find all groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and also the beautiful church which comes exactly in the centre of the neighbourhood.

Mosta is famous for its stunning Rotunda, the Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady, which boasts one of the world's largest unsupported domes. This architectural marvel is a must-visit during your stay, offering a glimpse into Malta's rich cultural heritage.

Beyond its landmark church, Mosta offers a delightful mix of local eateries, traditional bakeries, and quaint shops where you can experience authentic Maltese cuisine and pick up unique souvenirs.

Step outside and you'll find yourself surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture and flavors.

From our apartment, you can easily visit the Mosta Dome, stroll through the picturesque streets, and explore nearby attractions like Mdina, the Silent City, and the beautiful beaches along the northern coast of Malta.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Mosta making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Mosta but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
