"For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip. The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon. The staff are all incredible and so kind. We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Watermark Sorrento. The reef metres from the front door is second to none, beautiful untouched snorkeling. The house was beautifully clean with all the modern kitchen accessories. Colin and Nolan looked after our every need while giving us complete privacy. We can’t wait to stay again!"

"Beautiful beach views, staff were so helpful"

"Beach was great, food was average, when we checked-in we didn't have water in our room for several hours. Staff was very friendly."

"Lovely and quiet at night. Beach right there. Quick food service."

"Para quem quer descanso e sossego, esse é o hotel ideal"

"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with. The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

"Convenient location. Helpful staff. Our room was large and ceiling fan worked well."

"Almost perfect, the main problem was that i paid for a transfer to the airport and was informed thar the van would pick me up at my tent, nobody ever came to the tent and when the vans came and in their opinion I was supposed to guess that they were the transfer vans, after that they never refunded the money and blamed me for missing it, so be careful "

"Everything is fabulous ... love this place!!!"

"Superbe hôtel"

"Quarto razoável mas ruído das unidades exteriores do ac à porta dos Quartos mesmo com este desligado no Nosso quarto não deixa dormir. É pena porque empregados são simpáticos.Pequeno almoço fraco"

"Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great, the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time."

"We stayed 5 nights. Loved the island and easy to get to and from on the boat. 3 minute ride. From there a 5 min walk to main road where you can catch a taxi bus to port vila 10 mins away.we stayed in the ocean view rooms which are brand new and more being built. Spacious in design and facing west. The resort is not new but well managed. Enjoyed our stay. Very laid back experience"

"We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!"
