• The reservation is per person – please select the correct number of guests when booking.
• The villa is reserved exclusively for registered guests. No unregistered visitors are allowed.
• Events or gatherings must be pre-approved – unauthorized parties are not permitted.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, and guests must dispose of cigarette waste properly.

🌿 Respect for Nature & the Estate
• The 25,000 sqm estate, truffle forest, and farm lab are for guests to enjoy respectfully.
• Please do not pick truffles, plants, or crops without permission from the host.
• Open fires and BBQs are only permitted in designated areas.

🎉 No Loud Music or Disturbances
• The villa is a luxury retreat designed for relaxation—please keep noise levels at a respectful level, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

🚗 Parking & Access
• Free private parking is available on the estate.
• Please do not block driveways or access roads.

🔧 Damages & Missing Items
• Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
• Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.

🛎️ Concierge & Last-Minute Requests
• We strive to provide a 5-star experience—let us know if you have any special requests, from private chefs to guided truffle hunts.
• Last-minute changes (such as additional guests) may be accommodated but could incur extra fees.

📌 Cleanliness & Checkout Guidelines
• The villa is professionally cleaned, but guests should keep the space in reasonable condition.
• Dishes should be placed in the dishwasher before departure.
• Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins.
