The villa can accommodate up to 10 + 6 people and is ideal for a multi-family vacation or a vacation with friends. An entertainment room with table football, darts and TV as well as a table tennis table and a children's playground can also be found in the villa. Lounge areas throughout the outdoor area offer plenty of opportunities to relax and spend some time alone in this huge villa. Villa Istria Panorama is located in Brsec - a small medieval town whose narrow streets and alleys have been preserved to this day. Most of the houses were built in the 17th century and Glagolitic inscriptions can still be found on their facades. An unforgettable view stretches from the rocks where the Church of St. Magdalene was built. Brsec is located about 25 km south of Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history dates back to the 19th century, when the Habsburg dynasty made the town a popular destination for aristocrats. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the town, as well as Lungomare - a 12 km long promenade that runs along the coast. Not to be forgotten, of course, are the numerous beaches.
