The villa has a private pool from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. If you get carried away by the stars or the beautiful blue sky, the greenery and the Adriatic Sea, don't worry, you're on holiday and there's no rush.

This large and beautiful villa is located near the town of Moenika Draga on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in Kvarner Bay, close to Opatija. Moenika Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Today Moenika Draga is known for its beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina.

The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
