It is located in the heart of the village of Morzine, close to the shops, restaurants in particular la Chaudanne with its famous wine bar, shuttle buses and ski lifts giving acces to the Portes du Soleil area.

The very bright apartment with exposed beams offers luxurious services. Its living area of 65m² has been designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Located on the 1st floor of the chalet, it has 1 ensuite bedroom (160x200 cm) with a shower and toilet , a double bedroom (160x200 cm) and a cabin room with 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with an open plan kitchen perfectly equipped (with integrated wine cellar). Sheltered balcony and terrace of 27 m² offers sublime views and make you feel like in your private chalet. In the basement there is a parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charger, a very large 5 m² cellar to store your bikes and a ski locker with boot dryer. For your convenience the flat is accessed via a hall with videophone and lift from the garage.
