You will have access to the whole chalet including the garden and jacuzzi.

Chalet Verjus is a luxury ski chalet for up to 10 people in central Morzine. In a prime position, opposite the Pleney and Club ESF Jardin Des Enfants. It is a stand alone property right in the heart of Morzine featuring its own private garden to the front and back, Hot Tub and off street parking.

Verjus has a fabulous central feature staircase and is flooded with natural light and the open plan living makes it feel really spacious.

The main living space at ground floor level with open plan living, comfy sofas which open out via patio doors onto a garden terrace with outdoor jacuzzi. In summer there is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs and a separate seating area. There is a modern and contemporary kitchen has all mod cons and the dining space features double height windows with large dining table and separate cloakroom.

There are 5 luxury ensuite bedrooms. The top floor features 2 spacious ensuite rooms, both can be made a king-sized double beds or 2 singles, one with bath and balcony with mountain views. The middle floor features 3 bedrooms, all with private ensuite shower rooms. Each of these bedrooms on the second floor have a walkout balconies. The master bedroom is a fixed king-sized double bed.

In the lower basement level, there is a cinema & games room with full size Pool Table and Games. Sofas and pouffes make it a super comfy TV room with an XL flatscreen Smart TV, Netflix, In House Music System, and PS4 Games Console. There is also a separate utility/drying area with an additional bathroom as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer next to the boot room. There is also a garage with secure Bike Storage.
