"To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained."

The lighting in the room was dark, the floor lamp had no bulb. "This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. "Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there."

"This was an excellent property to stay at. Getting there was a little tricky if you don't know the area. Staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. Excellent breakfast buffet with delicious cinnamon rolls (smile). Also they offer 24-hour coffee and tea service which I found very nice. I actually signed up to be a new rewards member. This is a nice hotel chain."

"My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise."
