Very clean and well stocked property. It would be nice if there were some small dressers in the bedrooms instead of the chairs and if there was a washer/dryer available. Overall a great place to stay location was awesome.

Weā€™ve stayed at several hotels as well as condo rentals in Morroā€” and this was BY FAR our favorite! The accommodations were fantastic and the location was amazing. We have two young kids and the unit accommodated all of us perfectly. Well equipped, well maintained and CLEAN. Hoping to return again and again!

A lovely stay

This property is ideally situated just blocks from the water and with a great view of Morro Rock. Ana, the manager, was very communicative and helpful. The decor is very attractive and the house was clean, with the slight exception (hard to avoid at this time of year) of ants, of which we did some abatement. Some have mentioned that the middle bedroom with the twin is in somewhat of a hallway. The person sleeping there should bring earplugs as I slept there and there was only a curtain between me and the bathroom door. Otherwise this was a perfect place for my friends and I to gather (with a friend's daughter too) and spend a weekend. The kitchen is great for some basic cooking but double check with the manager in case you need to bring basic supplies (one of my party remembered oil which was handy, as it was not supplied, but there were some spices, salt and pepper, and condiments, for example).

Lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was very close to the shops and the beach which made it easy to go out. The fire pit outside was really nice to sit around. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to visit again!

New Morro Bay Favorite

Our family has been coming to Morro Bay for the past 15 years- this was by far our favorite place to stay! Home away from home feel, location (everything in walking distance), views (stunning panoramic of rock and harbor), and even our 12 year old was impressed with how CLEAN the accommodations were! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Place so dirty, it gave me a sinus infection

The first night, I noticed my bedsheets were covered in dirt when I lifted the blanket. It wasnā€™t staining; the dirt started coming off when rubbed with a wet rag. I had to find new ones and changed them at around midnight, and didnā€™t have clean blankets to use. The next morning, I noticed that my friendā€™s white socks were completely disgusting and grey/black on the bottom. I donā€™t think the place had even been vacuumed in a long while. My room was so dirty that I got a sinus infection just from staying there. Great location though!

Great place, great stay, easy check in process. I will say the fire pit was advertised but was out of gas the night we wanted to use it. It was too late to message them about it so the group could never use it despite looking forward to it all weekend.Minor nit apart, I would recommend this place heartily.
