Keep it simple at this centrally located townhome in the quaint tourist town of Morro Bay. This split-level floorplan has an open living area upstairs with a modern kitchen, living room, dining area and half bath. While downstairs has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a smaller secondary bedroom/office with a full-sized pull-out bed. Both bedrooms are adjoined by a full bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and bidet.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private balcony. There is also a washer and dryer in unit!

I manage multiple Airbnb's in the area. I do my best to be available 24/7 for my guests. I can be reached by text, Airbnb message or phone at any time during your stay. I live nearby, so if there is an emergency, I can be to the property quickly.

Condominium community- open street parking available for guests. No on-site parking.

Comfortable accommodations for 2 adults. The 2nd bedroom is best used for kiddos. Stairs are required to access the unit and there are also stairs inside the unit separating the bottom and top floors. Neighborhood noise is present at times since this is multi-family community. There is a 25 lbs weight limit for any pets per the homeowners association.
