Hi Carol, so glad you enjoyed our location. There are many items that we do not offer on an ongoing basis due to Covid and handling. We try to make it clear in our information what to bring and what we provide. Regarding the mattresses, we have not had any complaints before or since, so perhaps it was more of a personal preference.
