We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. Immediately below the Family Room!?!?!? The floor was literally shaking, which left us with 3 distressed children. A really appalling situation. On top of that, after a disappointing dinner on the first evening (our order was lost by the kitchen, so our food took 90 minutes to arrive, and...

"I booked this apartment for my engineer, he attended site and was told this is in a bad area of town. He went back to the apartment around 9pm and there were multiple parties in the area and had strangers approach him and was made very uncomfortable. He drove back to London. Would not recommend this property. "

"student accommodation, modern and clean, but the shared kitchen was messy. decent location and friendly staff. a lot of amenities on site incl cinema room, gym, outdoor bbq area. 24hr security. decent price."

"The apartment was a bit tired looking but otherwise fine for one night. Much cheaper than other apartments around. Location couldn't be better - right next to Digital nightclub. As for the deposit, previous reviews did irk me but I did get it refunded by 10 working days. Make sure to send them your bank details on arrival. Also their 26+ age policy really ought to be made clear on the listing. "

"Ideal for a night out in Newcastle, approx £4 for a taxi into town rooms were fine only downside was there wasn’t a way to turn the heating off so had to sleep with the windows open which meant it was quite noisy but the man on reception was lovely and room had everything you need for a nights stay"
