"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. "Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"Our stay was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had good ac and lighting which is connected to backup generators just in case of a power outage. Good kitchen space for meal planning. Only used the stovetop. There's a housekeeper next door if we needed anything. Somethings we noticed were that the blowdryer was the brush kind and it had hair in it from previous user. Maybe someone forgot it there. But it would be nice to have a regular nozzle blowdryer. "Quiet residential neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive to our requests, practically instantaneous. When a power surge took out the ceiling fan in the living room, he brought us a powerful fan to use until he could get the part to fix it the next day. Great place to stay if you want some place quiet and away from the crowds, but 20-30 minutes from almost everywhere in San Juan. We brought our own beach towels, but if you don't, I recommend asking the host. He's very accomodating."
