This unique, 5-acre property looks out across the entire Morongo Valley from its high aerie in the hills. You will not hear another soul in this secluded-feeling, yet surprisingly accessible location. There are no neighbors, but you are a 5-minute drive from the best latte and BLT in town.
The space
This is a 1950s era homesteader cabin that has been fully remodeled by the owner, featuring a master bedroom with a private bath and walk in closet, as well as a guest bedroom with shared bathroom. Each bedroom has separate access to expansive outdoor patio space and private entrances. There is also a natural plunge pond filtered with native plants and natural media. Enjoy the dip!
Other things to note
If you need an extra bedroom, my immediate neighbor has a 1 bedroom house connected via a short driveway. These two units are very private and are the only living spaces in this area.
