Inside, you’ll find warm textures, open-beam ceilings, and a cozy fireplace for cool desert nights. The living and dining spaces open to panoramic views, while the spa-inspired bathroom features a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower. Each room includes its own mini-split system for personalized comfort year-round. Step outside to enjoy the serene plunge pond, perfect for a refreshing dip under the desert sun or a peaceful soak at sunset. The patio provides front-row seats to the valley below — an ideal spot for morning coffee or stargazing under the clear desert sky.



Although this home feels completely private, it’s conveniently located just five minutes from the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Yucca Valley, and a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park.

* The plunge pond is 3.5 ft deep and requires occasional manual refilling; if not in use, it may be kept off for safety.

* Please use caution when turning off Highway 62 into the property, as there is no exit lane.

* Access is via a private, single-lane road that is steep. Bumpy dirt road takes you from the highway to this house.

* A storage shed is available for guest use if needed.

* There is no central AC. There are mini-splits throughout the home.
