"It was convenient. Easy parking not too busy of an area. Did sleep good. The girl working the counter super helpful (new) and the manager was too but I got locked out of my room twice cuz the door knob was in need of fixing and the manager was like no big deal it just that room. They gave me a new room…Tired, hot, AC not working in new room. Fixed that. Had to unplug the phone cuz the constant flashing red light was very annoying. "We stayed here overnight for 4th weekend. The property was very clean, staff was kind and welcoming. We have a dog and there are two places for restroom with doggie bags and a trash can! They even give you a door tag to let the cleaners know you have a dog. We also got welcome and departure water bottles, which was amazing after and before a day of travel. "The room appeared clean when I entered. The room was very damp, most likely from the A/C running and set to a low temperature. I had a room with two queen beds; The bed I chose to sleep in was closest to the window. Once I got into the bed I noticed a strong body odor. I couldn't tell if the odor as from the sheets or in the mattress. I changed to the other bed, and it appeared to be ok."

"This is not your typical hotel stay, so when I say everything was well maintained, service was good, etc, it accounts for the fact it is a very old home with some original or era appropriate things (such as old doornobs which my daughter commented on), and that it is a true B&B so it is their home and they have lives and it is not a standard hotel setting (they had a hair dryer, just not in every bathroom). "Overall the experience was good. My only issues were that my window ended up facing another building. I didn't mind it too much so it wasn't a huge issue. Just a heads up for others that it may be a possibility. The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch to turn it off.
