The garden, adorned with Mediterranean plants, provides a peaceful setting for relaxation. A shaded terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha invites you to enjoy outdoor meals. A small private pool with counter-current swimming lets you cool off at your leisure.



The house is welcoming and features an air-conditioned, bright living room thanks to the bay windows opening onto the terrace. The lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi connection, is the ideal place to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, raclette and fondue sets). The corridor leading to the bedrooms is also air-conditioned.



Three spacious bedrooms with dressing rooms, TVs, and glass doors leading to the terrace, including one with its own bathroom and WC (2 beds 90x190 cm and 2 beds 160x200 cm).



The second bathroom features a large shower, double sink, towel dryer, and hairdryer. Separate WC with hand basin. Laundry room with washing machine. Travel cot and high chair available.
